About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their daily living goals and participate in community activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional support and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with meal preparation, personal hygiene, and other daily needs
  • Supporting individuals with behavioral issues and developing strategies to resolve them
  • Participating in recreational activities, arts and crafts, and greenhouse projects
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records
