OBJECTIVE
The primary goal is to uphold the aesthetic and functional quality of premier commercial and residential landscapes across the Central Florida region while collaborating effectively within a team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be prepared to work outdoors in varying weather conditions performing physically demanding tasks. Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. It is essential to be enthusiastic, reliable, and a cooperative team member. Safety is paramount while utilizing equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and edgers. Responsibilities include executing routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, litter collection, trimming, pruning, grading, and light planting.
COMMUNICATION
Above all, as an employee, it is crucial to maintain a friendly demeanor, deliver quality work, remain responsive, and foster open lines of communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience with landscaping tools and familiarity with various landscape plants is advantageous. A clean driving record in Florida is considered a benefit.
