Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including cleanings, x-rays, and sealants.
  • Counsel patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and educate them on the importance of good nutrition for oral health.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
  • NYS Dental Hygienist License
  • CPR trained / BLS Certificate
  • At least one year of experience in dental hygiene
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
