About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Content Developer to join our team at Clarity Consultants LLC. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in transforming our client's training program for technicians into a unified, competency-based enterprise-wide training system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing content and map it to the approved competency framework produced by the learning analyst.
  • Create the design and confer with the developer about images and interactions contemplated.
  • Produce a storyboard with suggested images, interaction, and a voice-over script.
  • Work with Quality Assurance and subject matter experts to ensure updated content meets the technical and competency requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proficient in analysis and providing recommendations and best practices for blended learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and educational technologies.
  • Experience in creating training for highly technical content, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
  • Expertise with Articulate 360, must own license.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • A strong portfolio of relevant work samples.
  • Able to collaborate in a large team and to work on two-three lessons at a time.
