Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in marketing technology or IT sectors.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing complex technology projects.
  • Minimum of 2 years delivering enterprise-level omni-channel marketing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development processes and standards.
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies including websites, emails, and experience management platforms.
  • Proficient in both business and technical processes.
  • Experience in identifying project risks and communicating them to stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in leading client meetings and presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with various project management methodologies, including Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Demonstrated passion for client brands and project outcomes.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) are a plus.
  • Experience in a creative agency environment, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector, is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
