  • Coordinate with Internal Audit, Corporate Risk Management, and Model Governance teams.
  • Make informed decisions and resolve issues to align with business goals.
  • Interpret and apply policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and implement policies and guidelines for managing global treasury operations, including funding, liquidity risk management, asset-liability management, capital management, and financial performance oversight.
  • Provide comprehensive advisory services on treasury finance risks.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Treasury or a related field, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Familiarity with bank balance sheet products.
  • Experience in balance sheet forecasting and/or interest rate risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, particularly in documentation and governance aspects.
  • Ability to navigate defined and evolving responsibilities.

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of database querying and the ability to generate ad hoc reports using SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
