Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Solutions Consultant to join our team at Truist Financial Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing sales plans, developing strong partnerships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive client and prospect sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve/exceed revenue and portfolio growth objectives for assigned client portfolio.
  2. Foster relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities and engage in strategic client planning.
  3. Manage a portfolio of clients with Treasury Services needs, requiring general knowledge of banking and Treasury products and services as well as working capital concepts.
  4. Participate in the development of detailed relationship plans for clients/prospects within assigned client group to identify key retention and new client acquisition opportunities.
  5. Provide client working capital services and solutions, including receivables, payables, information reporting, and liquidity solutions.
  6. Adhere to and follow all applicable policies and procedures, proactively escalating issues and risks to leadership's attention.
  7. Consult with clients through various methods of communication in an effective manner.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  2. 5 years of sales experience of financial or Treasury products and/or services.
  3. Maintains deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions.
  4. Must have or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.
  5. Will require travel.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  1. 7+ years of sales experience of financial or Treasury products and/or services.
  2. CFA Designation.
  3. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Treasury Trends & Best Practices.
  4. Expected to be subject area experts in one (or more) specific skill sets, business areas, or products.
Benefits

As a regular teammate working 20 hours or more per week, you will be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan. You will also receive no less than 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and by full-time or part-time status) during your first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays.
