Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a staff position. This role will involve direct care responsibilities as well as supervising nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing personnel to ensure delivery of quality care
- Coordinate care delivery to meet resident needs
- Ensure compliance with professional standards of practice, physician orders, facility policies, and federal, state, and local guidelines
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of clinical experience
- Gerontological nursing experience, including dementia population, preferred
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
