AutoNation Sales Associate Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of new and used vehicles, including features, benefits, and competitive pricing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
