Position: Employment Support Specialist - Full Time

Location: Pittsfield, MA

Compensation: $19.56 per hour

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Role Summary:

  • Foster and maintain employment connections between clients and local businesses, ensuring access to a variety of job training and educational resources. Key responsibilities include vocational counseling, job creation, placement services, employer engagement, and client relations.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with individuals in the mental health sector is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficient in data entry and familiar with accounting software, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and various databases.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
