The Industrial Facility Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for executing all assigned maintenance and repair tasks related to production machinery and building systems, which may involve a moderate to high level of complexity. This role requires proficiency in at least one specific building trade or function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and perform intricate repairs on various equipment.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of multiple building trades.
- Utilize basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
- Be available for mandatory overtime or emergency call as necessary.
- Exhibit strong visual acuity and manual dexterity.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM – 40 hours per week.
Overtime compensation is provided at time and a half after 40 hours of work.
Night shift positions offer an additional incentive for hours worked.
