- Understands and follows standard portion sizes, quality benchmarks, and kitchen policies.
- Responsible for the timely unpacking and organization of incoming supplies.
- Prepares menu items according to plating specifications upon request.
- Quickly reports any equipment malfunctions or food quality issues to supervisors.
- Utilizes tools such as prep lists and hot box charts to ensure timely service delivery.
- Follows safety protocols when operating kitchen equipment.
- May assist in various other roles as needed.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
