Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to work as an Outside Sales Representative, where you'll be responsible for selling high-quality scissors to Hair Stylists and Barbers. With a strong focus on commission, this role requires someone who is driven, ambitious, and able to close multiple deals every day.
Responsibilities- Spend your days talking to talented artists, assisting and consulting with clients, and creating new business opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with our existing client base and identify new leads to grow our business.
- Work closely with our sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A confident and charismatic personality.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
