Compensation and Benefits

Job Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician at RAM Partners, LLC, you will be responsible for:
- Completing work orders in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency
- Performing make-readies and maintaining property grounds and common areas
- Conducting preventative maintenance to ensure the integrity of our properties
- Maintaining a clean and organized shop and other work areas
- Providing a parts and material list on a weekly basis
- Assisting in emergency call coverage with other team members
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills when interacting with residents, staff, and vendors
- Adhering to all safety policies and procedures
- Performing other duties and tasks as assigned by your manager
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree being a plus
- A valid driver's license
- EPA HVAC certification, preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- A willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
