Job Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician at RAM Partners, LLC, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing work orders in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency
  • Performing make-readies and maintaining property grounds and common areas
  • Conducting preventative maintenance to ensure the integrity of our properties
  • Maintaining a clean and organized shop and other work areas
  • Providing a parts and material list on a weekly basis
  • Assisting in emergency call coverage with other team members
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills when interacting with residents, staff, and vendors
  • Adhering to all safety policies and procedures
  • Performing other duties and tasks as assigned by your manager

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a college degree being a plus
  • A valid driver's license
  • EPA HVAC certification, preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • A willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
