Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Prepare and reconcile invoices and accounts payable
  • Track and analyze annual fiscal plans and monthly updates
  • Support and prepare financial data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Resolve reporting and compliance issues
  • Prepare special reports and financial studies for management
  • Ensure compliance with contract and project requirements
  • Prepare and check cost sheets for bids, proposals, and modifications
  • Assist with verifying and validating vendor quotes, invoices, and task orders
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of business experience with proven experience in technical program planning and implementation, budget development, and contract interpretation
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Government project administration experience, including thorough knowledge of FAR/DFAR and other applicable government regulations
  • US citizen eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance
  • Must successfully pass a background check
