POSITION SUMMARY

The role of our Utility Cleaners is crucial in maintaining the operational efficiency of our hotel. These team members may be assigned to various departments, including kitchen, food service, and laundry, to fulfill essential cleaning tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring that clean linens and pristine dining ware are readily available for guests, as well as operating and maintaining cleaning equipment such as dishwashing machines and laundry facilities.

Success in this position requires adherence to safety protocols, compliance with company policies, and a commitment to quality standards. Candidates should be prepared to foster positive relationships with colleagues, support team objectives, and respond to the needs of others in the workplace. Responsibilities also include reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management, as well as handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds and maintaining a professional appearance throughout the workday.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.

Related Work Experience: No prior experience necessary.

Supervisory Experience: Not required.

License or Certification: None required.
