The Environmental Services EVS Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and service excellence in our facilities. This position is responsible for developing and implementing facility solutions that meet client expectations and objectives.

  • Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, and consumers.

  • Plan and lead team management meetings to drive results and growth.
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations, maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial business relationship.
  • Identify client needs and communicate operational progress, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with planning and information as the standard selling model (STAR) is applied with client interactions.
  • Facilitate and support new business and retention activities, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Build revenue and manage budget, including cost controls for labor, supply, and inventory.
  • Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements, overseeing financial targets and performance metrics.
  • Embrace all Aramark processes and systems, eliminating custom/manual reports and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Understand performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends, educating teams on key levers to improve margins.
  • Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
