Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the NMAC/IFS aspects of collaborative marketing initiatives from inception to execution.
  • Managing and distributing marketing segments of monthly billing statements and NMAC/IFS platforms.
  • Handling special projects as required, such as Portal Refresh and enhancements to customer communications, while fostering relationships with partners.
  • Maintaining and updating marketing messages that vary by brand and product, with frequent changes.
  • Collaborating with Nissan's CMM teams to ensure seamless integration of NMAC captive finance.
  • Generating reports that assess performance against objectives and historical data for the consumer portal.
  • Working together on targeted marketing initiatives and participating in performance reviews that support critical meetings.
  • Creating and revising bulletins related to performance contests and other managed programs.
  • Overseeing brand management for the consumer portal and co-branded advertising for financial offerings, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Engaging in compliance tasks such as records retention and policy editing as necessary.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to ensure accurate vehicle delivery and contract execution.
  • Assisting the Financial Products Bulletins Team at month-end, including rate checks and bulletin distribution.
  • Coordinating enhancements to dealership lead generation systems.
  • Producing reports utilized by field teams for prospect tracking.
  • Facilitating the launch of new financial products with relevant departments and vendors.
  • Developing timelines and procedures, securing necessary approvals, and creating communication materials for dealers.
  • Crafting brand-compliant content for multiple websites.
  • Ensuring quality and accuracy of content in testing environments prior to approval.
  • Keeping teams informed about communication schedules and program outcomes.
  • Aligning advertising efforts with corporate initiatives to enhance sales growth.
  • Managing an advertising calendar and reviewing content for accuracy.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Ability to work onsite.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ambition and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to management.
