Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Hostmark Hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience in our bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages to guests, adhering to hotel standards and policies.
  • Manage the bar area, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Work collaboratively with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless service and high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of basic drink mixology and bartending techniques.
  • Accredited bartender certificate and previous bartending experience are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
