Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure accurate and confidential handling of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff to resolve any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
