About the Role: As a Residential Youth QIDP at ViaQuest Healthcare Central, you will play a critical role in providing quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in our intermediate care facilities (ICF). This is a full-time position that requires a high level of dedication and commitment to the well-being of our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal regulations regarding ICF/IID operations.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective care and support for residents.
  • Monitor and manage medications and medical supplies, as well as appointments with outside providers.
  • Complete quarterly assessments and maintain necessary documentation.


Requirements: A four-year degree in social services or a related field is required, along with one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, as well as supervisory or management experience and excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
