We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach courses in Information Systems and Technology at DePaul University's Jarvis College of Computing & Digital Media.
Responsibilities- Teach courses in Information Systems and Technology, including computer hardware, software, data, people, and organization.
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the program's goals and objectives.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback to students.
- Participate in departmental and college-wide activities, such as curriculum development and assessment.
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 18 semester/27 quarter hours of graduate work in Information Systems or a related field.
- Undergraduate degree with a minimum of five years demonstrated relevant professional experience in Information Systems.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a diverse learning environment.
- Ph.D. in Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience in teaching and curriculum development.
- Expertise in systems analysis and design, IS management, IS operations, cloud computing, AI-related system functions, enterprise systems, analytics/business intelligence application development, relational and NoSQL database systems, enterprise data management, end-user support, end-user education and training, and IS strategy planning and implementation.
