Job Summary

The University of Pennsylvania seeks a highly skilled Statistical Analyst A/B to join its Department of Dermatology. As a key member of the research team, you will be responsible for conducting statistical programming for dermatology-related research projects, designing interfaces for data collection and management, and performing data integration.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement statistical models for analyzing clinical trial data
  • Design and develop database systems for clinical trials and observational studies
  • Perform data quality control and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with research staff to address discrepancies and complete data cleaning procedures
  • Compile and submit data discrepancy and adverse event reports to investigators and study sponsors
Requirements
  • Master's degree in applied mathematics, statistics, informatics, or computer science
  • At least 3 years of experience in database and statistical programming
  • Expert knowledge of SAS, Stata, and/or R programming languages
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
