We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant to join our team at LCS Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and vital sign checks.
- Assist residents with mealtime, including cutting food and encouraging them to eat.
- Document shift assignments and report any issues to the nursing supervisor.
- Communicate with residents, families, and department heads as needed.
- Plan and lead activities to promote resident engagement and socialization.
- Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience working as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or RA preferred.
