Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless operations in all warehouse areas, including efficient management of warehouse systems and inventory processing.
  • Staffing and Efficiency: Optimize staffing levels and efficiency in the Distribution Center to achieve accurate and timely movement and processing of products.
  • Cost Control: Design and implement systems to effectively control costs in an evolving business environment.
  • Leadership and Development: Motivate, coach, and train Area Managers and associates, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high performance.
  • Delivery Scheduling: Design and control delivery schedules to maximize store service and efficiency.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe workplace by following Burlington safety policies and procedures, including the reduction of accident costs.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand for extended periods.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills required.
