Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer - Radio Frequency Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing radio frequency wave systems for wireless telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply electrical engineering and radio frequency propagation principles to design and develop radio frequency wave systems.
  • Analyze performance KPIs and parameters to create engineering strategies for network improvement.
  • Develop testing and validation plans for Nokia advanced RF features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot site network problems and improve network performance.
  • Support large capacity events and take necessary actions to improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 1 year of experience as Engineer, Radio Frequency, Intern or related occupation.
  • Experience with Nokia OSS/NetAct, TEMS, True Call, Actix, Asset, and MapInfo.
  • Ability to analyze call records and real-time location specific network metrics to troubleshoot customer issues.
