Job Title: Auxiliary Programs and Outreach Coordinator

Westover School is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as the Auxiliary Programs and Outreach Coordinator. This role will play a vital part in the school community by implementing auxiliary, summer programs, and admissions outreach.

The Auxiliary Programs and Outreach Coordinator will work closely with various departments to develop and oversee mission-appropriate use of Westover's campus assets during the school year and summer months. This includes programming that directly supports admissions outreach and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working in schools or non-profits, supporting programming and outreach. They will also possess excellent project management skills, including attention to detail and ability to organize effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and overseeing auxiliary programs and admissions outreach
  • Collaborating with departments to develop and implement new programs and processes
  • Providing logistical support and guidance for auxiliary program activities
  • Facilitating rental of campus facilities for events and programs

The Auxiliary Programs and Outreach Coordinator will also serve as an emergency dorm faculty member and assist with coaching responsibilities when needed.
