**Key Responsibilities**
As an RN Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee and mentor nursing staff, ensuring they possess the specialized knowledge and skills required for their roles.
- Act as a resource for departmental processes and serve as a preceptor for new staff.
- Manage daily patient care operations, focusing on enhancing patient satisfaction.
- Assist in the management of financial and human resources within the clinic.
- Evaluate and monitor care delivery systems to ensure high-quality service.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and integration of services.
- Help develop patient care standards and assess personnel performance.
- Ensure compliance with established nursing standards and regulations.
- Facilitate teamwork and promote staff development through organized group processes.
- Supervise nursing and support staff, recommending hiring and performance evaluations.
- Ensure proper orientation and training for new employees.
- Collaborate with leadership to uphold documentation standards in patient records.
- May provide direct patient care as needed.
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Texas.
- A minimum of three years of general nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Preferred: At least one year of supervisory experience.
