JAM Workforce INC is seeking a highly skilled Water Restoration Specialist to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. As a Water Restoration Specialist, you will be responsible for leading water mitigation efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead water mitigation efforts, including demolition, use of hand and power tools, structural drying applications and monitoring, mold remediation, site safety and management, and documentation of project details and progression.
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Conduct site assessments to identify areas of water damage and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift loads up to 100 pounds.
- Use of power tools.
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Construction, plumbing, electrical background preferred.
