Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team at East Boro's Apartments. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance on all equipment, inspecting and scheduling tasks, and working effectively with supervisors, residents, vendors, and co-workers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment as necessary or as directed by the Directors.
• Inspect and schedule tasks to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Work effectively with supervisors, residents, vendors, and co-workers to achieve maintenance goals.
• Satisfy work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Possess working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances, stoves, dishwashers, disposals, and refrigerators.
• Familiarity with electricity, plumbing, and carpentry is required.
Requirements:
• Prior property maintenance experience is preferred.
• Must have his/her own tools.
• A valid Driver's License and dependable transportation is strongly preferred.
• Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years property maintenance experience.
