Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Granite State Independent Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to our consumers, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and eating
  • Provide in-home care and support
  • Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility
  • Perform laundry, meal preparation, and housekeeping tasks
  • Assist with ambulation and transfers
  • Use mechanical lifting devices (training provided)
  • Assist with medication reminders
  • Accompany consumers on errands and outings

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds or more
  • Adequate car insurance (if applicable)

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
  • Flexible scheduling: day shift, night shift, and weekend availability
