Job Description

Modula Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to develop, coordinate, and conduct technical training programs for the installation and service of Modula equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electro-mechanical training and experience in the VLM/ARS industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training classes at Modula locations or on customer sites
  • Create training plans for technicians
  • Review and analyze customer requirements for training
  • Perform skills evaluations for staff and customers and maintain training records
  • Develop and maintain training curriculum and documentation
  • Provide safety training and promote site safety for internal and external technicians
  • Build relationships with dealers and provide timely and effective training initiatives
  • Provide continued mentoring for internal and external technicians
  • Provide technical phone support
  • Manage personal schedule, expense reports, and travel arrangements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; vocational school diploma or higher in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year of relative experience required; electro-mechanical experience highly preferred
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to obtain a passport and pass security screenings for secure military and Department of Defense sites
  • Ability to work within a cross-functional team and provide support and assistance to all members of the team

Work Environment:

Walking, standing, and sitting are frequent activities. Twisting, turning, and squatting are infrequent. Climbing up to 45+ feet and lifting up to 50 pounds are also required.
