Health Services Director for Healthcare Operations

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in healthcare management, with a supervisory role, is required. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices is essential. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are necessary to foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on national averages for healthcare management roles in Ohio. The actual salary may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services.
- Manage daily operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal service delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
