Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to production staff to ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues and improve quality.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 1 year of lead experience.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and quality control principles.
  • Experience with manufacturing software applications, such as ERP and MES systems.
