About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Spark Learning. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children with special needs in a naturalistic play-based approach to ABA.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team to provide one-on-one or group therapy to a variety of children in a variety of settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition of skills from the therapy setting to the home environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA and child development.
Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
  • Experience working with children with special needs, preferably in an ABA setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
