Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in handling a diverse range of business and commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
  • Manage complex calendars and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Assist with discovery processes, including reviewing and organizing large document collections.
  • Prepare deposition materials and summaries, including notebooks and other relevant documents.
  • Review and analyze evidence to support case development and strategy.
  • Interview witnesses and prepare witness statements.
  • Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Develop and maintain case chronologies and other organizational tracking systems.
  • E-file with courts and prepare for and attend depositions, arbitrations, trials, and hearings.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Strong understanding of all phases of litigation, including trial preparation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage critical deadlines, and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with litigation support software (e.g., Summation, Concordance).
