Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver effective front-end operations and expectations, maintaining store recovery standards to meet our Brand Promises.
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  • Ensure all front-end policies and procedures are followed, achieving your KPIs and managing your team to achieve their role KPIs.
  • Manage and execute shrink and safety programs, assisting with cash reconciliation and bank deposits as needed.
  • Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve results, participating in the performance management process.
  • Participate in the truck unloading and stocking processes, ensuring truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
  • Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, leading the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to our customers on time.
Requirements
  • Retail management experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
