  • 10-15 years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years in Project Management positions.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing and motivating project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

Additional Skills (Highly Preferred)

  • Experience with financial software upgrades.
  • Knowledge of Murex solutions a strong plus.
