Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Auburn Concrete. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting ready mixed concrete from our batch plant to customer job sites.

Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers and trucks in a safe and efficient manner
  • Deliver high-quality concrete products to customers while ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain the appearance of equipment and vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as greasing and cleaning equipment
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • Valid CDL-Class B license
  • Satisfactory driving and criminal records
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
