Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Endoscopy Technologist to join our team at Christus Health. As an Endoscopy Technologist, you will play a vital role in the coordination of care for patients in the endoscopy department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and supplies.
  • Support the performance of invasive endoscopic procedures.
  • Meet the expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
  • Provide various service-related activities to the delivery of direct and assistive patient care in the endoscopy service of the operating room.
  • Rotate shifts and accept on-call assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working in the Operating Room or Endoscopy Unit preferred.
  • GI Tech experience preferred.
  • BLS required.
  • GI certification from SGNA Associates preferred.
