Job OpportunityProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Dallas, GA. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to improving student outcomes and will work collaboratively within a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school-based meetings.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to support student development.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
