We are seeking a skilled Claims Analyst to join our team at The LiRo Group. As a Claims Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing construction claims, ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures, and providing expert advice to clients.
Responsibilities- Review and analyze construction claims to determine validity and impact on project schedule and budget
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures
- Provide expert advice to clients on construction contract matters
- Assess impact of delays on project schedule and budget
- Review contractors' schedules in Primavera P6 as part of claims analysis
- Monthly contractor payment review and tracking of certified payrolls
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in reviewing and analyzing construction claims
- Ability to manage various projects using established controls and procedures
- Proficient with project scheduling software (preferably Oracle Primavera)
