Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze construction claims to determine validity and impact on project schedule and budget
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures
  • Provide expert advice to clients on construction contract matters
  • Assess impact of delays on project schedule and budget
  • Review contractors' schedules in Primavera P6 as part of claims analysis
  • Monthly contractor payment review and tracking of certified payrolls
Qualifications
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in reviewing and analyzing construction claims
  • Ability to manage various projects using established controls and procedures
  • Proficient with project scheduling software (preferably Oracle Primavera)
