Position Overview:

The Air Force Life Cycle Management/Unified Platform is tasked with the development and maintenance of a cloud-based infrastructure that supports cyber operations within the Department of Defense (DoD). This platform provides USCYBERCOM Operational Forces with a robust cyber operations framework, enabling comprehensive cyberspace operations at various levels of warfare. Rackner collaborates with UP to deliver development, engineering, and additional resources essential for the establishment, deployment, and upkeep of the DevSecOps Platform and Pipeline Services within the Infrastructure Value Stream.

Key Responsibilities:

We are in search of a Customer Success Manager to enhance our team in support of the Unified Platform initiative. The Customer Success Manager will engage with both internal and external teams utilizing applications hosted on the UP platform. This role involves ensuring that the pipelines developed by the team are thoroughly documented and comprehensible for software developers and, in certain instances, cyber operators. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for producing documents, diagrams, and instructional materials to facilitate understanding of the pipelines and the application of DevSecOps principles.
  • Consult with partners and stakeholders to identify training requirements.
  • Create and sustain documentation and training resources for both internal and external clients.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance to internal and external clients with tailored advice and recommendations for the successful implementation of pipelines.
