Job Title: Commercial Banking Director

At b1BANK, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Director to lead our commercial loan business within a designated market area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solicit commercial loans and deposit relationships for the commercial banking institution, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and government regulations.
  • Evaluate and negotiate potential customer loan requests, making loan approval recommendations to management.
  • Communicate complex approvals or denials to borrowers, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Market the commercial banking institution's ancillary products and services to clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Manage clients' banking accounts throughout the life of their relationship, ensuring seamless service.
  • Participate in community activities and maintain close contact with local business owners, potential high net worth clients, and prospects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong understanding of commercial lending policies and procedures.
  • Excellent sales, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze credit history, repayment capabilities, and collateral specifications.
