Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning: Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, and washing windows to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Sanitization: Disinfect surfaces and restrooms to promote health and safety.
- Supply Management: Oversee the ordering and restocking of cleaning supplies and tools, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Communication: Report significant maintenance and cleanliness concerns to management, and inform supervisors of any unsafe conditions.
- Safety Assurance: Ensure that all doors are secured at night and maintain a clean and orderly facility.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in janitorial or floor technician roles is advantageous. A minimum of one year in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours a day.
