Key Responsibilities:

As a Bartender, your primary duties will include:

  • Crafting Beverages: Skillfully combine ingredients, including spirits, mixers, and garnishes, to create a variety of cocktails and beverages for patrons.
  • Serving Drinks: Present and serve wines, beers, and other beverages efficiently and courteously.
  • Financial Transactions: Accurately process payments for drinks and food items served.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage liquor and supply inventory to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
  • Presentation: Arrange bottled goods and glassware to enhance the visual appeal of the bar area.
  • Garnishing: Prepare fresh fruit and other garnishes for drink presentation.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the bar area is stocked with clean linens, glassware, and utensils.
  • Guest Relations: Address any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Team Support: Assist fellow staff members with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Experience: Previous bartending experience is essential.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, along with performing tasks that require bending, reaching, and manual dexterity.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
  • Licensing: Capability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications.
  • Preferred Skills: CPR and first aid training, as well as proficiency in additional languages, are advantageous.
