Warehouse Night Operations Supervisor

Position Summary:

As the Warehouse Night Operations Supervisor, you will be tasked with managing evening activities to guarantee effective and secure handling of goods. You will collaborate closely with unionized personnel to uphold a productive and safe working atmosphere while fulfilling customer service and warehouse standards.

This role encompasses overseeing night shifts within the warehouse.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:30pm-5:00am

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently allocate resources to accomplish nightly tasks.
  • Recognize areas for process enhancement to boost productivity.
  • Guide and mentor union employees in warehouse functions.
  • Ensure adherence to inventory control and safety protocols.
  • Assess performance and modify resources as necessary.
  • Partner with the safety manager to advance safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain operations.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Bilingual in English and Creole is preferred.
