Job Title: Dog Daycare Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dog Daycare Front Desk Coordinator at The Dog Stop East End (TDS-0001).

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers and their pets. This includes checking in and out customers, scheduling services, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in and out customers, scheduling services, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform behavioral evaluations for new guests and provide training to new employees.
  • Learn and utilize our computer database to manage customer information and schedule services.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain inventory of front of house and back of house supplies and retail items.
  • Report damaged equipment and items in need of service.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or pet care industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of dog body language and behavior.
