About the Role: As a Financial Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and processing financial transactions, verifying transaction information, and reconciling statements. You will also maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting principles, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process financial transactions for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, 1-5 years of experience in financial transactions, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
