Kona Ice Server Opportunities

We are seeking highly motivated and charismatic individuals to join our Kona Ice team as servers. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a fun and safe experience for our customers, and participating in a variety of local events and activities.

Server Responsibilities:

Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously
Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy
Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse
Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking
Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation
Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff
